Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to the information you share with Treats and Trinkets. It is written to be plain and short, because that is the whole point.

What I collect

When you fill out the order form, I receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email, the treats you want, your date, and whether you want pickup or delivery. That is it. There is no account to create and no tracking beyond what is needed to run the site.

How I use it

Your information is used to reply to you, confirm your order, and arrange pickup or delivery. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising.

How the form works

The order form is delivered to my inbox through a service called Formspree, which passes your message along and keeps a copy so nothing gets lost. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy terms.
